What we keep.

Reading here needs no account, and we do not ask who you are. We do not collect names, addresses or phone numbers from readers, and we do not sell anything to anyone.

Almost everything the site remembers about you is kept in your own browser, on your own device, and never reaches us.

The site stores a few small values in your browser’s local storage. They never leave your device and we cannot read them:

• Reading position — which episode you were on and how far down the page, so you can pick up where you stopped.
• Theme — whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
• Install prompt — whether you dismissed the “add to home screen” suggestion, so it stops asking.
• Seen-this-page marker — kept only for the length of the browser session, so refreshing a page does not count as a second visit.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. Nothing is lost except the conveniences above.

• A count of page openings. When a book or episode is opened we add one to a number. That number is a total — it is not attached to you, and it cannot be traced back to any reader.
• Ordinary server logs. Like every website, the hosting provider records requests, which includes IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. We do not build profiles from them.
• A sign-in cookie, but only for the person who runs the site. Readers are never given one.

The site does not currently show advertising. If that changes, ads will be served by Google AdSense, and this section describes what that means.

There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel and no third-party analytics script on this site. The only figure we keep is the count of times a page has been opened.

The site is a general reading archive and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them — and since we collect no personal information from any reader, there is nothing to collect.

Because we hold no personal data about readers, there is nothing to request, correct or delete. If you would like the values the site kept in your browser removed, clear your browser data for this site, or use your browser’s private mode so nothing is stored at all.

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Anything materially different will be described here rather than quietly amended.
